n8n Automation is a personal workflow automation service. This privacy policy explains how Google account information may be used when Google services are connected to automation workflows.
The application may request access to Google services such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar when required by configured automation workflows.
Google account data is accessed only for the purpose of performing authorized automation tasks.
Google account data is not sold or used for advertising purposes. Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to perform an automation explicitly configured by the authorized user.
Automation data may be temporarily processed or stored by the self-hosted n8n automation system when required for workflow execution.
Google account access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account security settings.
